Definitions
The following terms apply throughout these Terms and Conditions:
Right of Withdrawal: your right to cancel an order under the conditions set out in these Terms;
You / Your: any natural person or legal entity placing an order through the webshop;
Agreement: the agreement concluded through the webshop whereby you purchase a Product from STATE.;
Product(s): any item offered, delivered, or to be delivered by STATE. under the Agreement;
STATE.: the legal entity offering the Products;
Terms: these general terms and conditions of STATE.

Agreement
The Agreement is concluded once you accept the offer (the contents of your shopping cart) and complete the associated payment obligation.
STATE. reserves the right to refuse an order for legitimate reasons, including but not limited to incorrect payment details or limited product availability. In such cases, STATE. will void the offer and, if payment has already been made, issue a full refund.
Applicability
These Terms apply to all offers and Agreements for the delivery of Products through the webshop between STATE. and you.
You will be given access to these Terms prior to completing your purchase. The most recent version is always available on the STATE. website.
Offer
All offers are non-binding until confirmed by a completed payment. The final Agreement is established upon placing an order and completing payment.
Product images are as accurate as possible, but Products may differ slightly from images shown on the website. Images are for illustrative purposes only.
Products are offered in limited quantities. STATE. reserves the right to limit orders per customer.
Right of Withdrawal / Returns
You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receipt, without providing a reason, subject to the following conditions.
To initiate a return, contact us at info@getyourstate.com with your order number.
Returns are only accepted if the Product:
- Was purchased directly through our website
- Is unopened and in its original, sealed packaging
- Is in resalable condition
Products with opened or broken seals are excluded from the right of withdrawal. STATE. products are dietary supplements — for hygiene and health reasons, opened or seal-broken products cannot be resold or reused.
60-Day Money-Back Guarantee
In addition to the standard 30-day return right, STATE. offers a 60-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 60 days of receipt at info@getyourstate.com and we will issue a full refund. No questions asked.
Return Costs
Return shipping costs are at your own expense unless you received a damaged or incorrect Product. In that case, STATE. will cover the return shipping costs.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned Product, via the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Damaged returns will not be refunded unless you can demonstrate that you were not responsible for the damage. We recommend photographing the package with the return label visible before shipping.
If your order is delivered to a pickup point and not collected, it will be returned to us. In that case, a return shipping fee of $9.95 will be deducted from your refund.
Pricing
You pay the price displayed in the webshop at the time of ordering, inclusive of any applicable taxes.
Product prices and shipping costs may change between drops or periods. You are not entitled to a refund of any price difference if the price decreases after your order, or if you miss a lower price in a later drop.

STATE. ships to addresses within the United States. For current shipping conditions and estimated delivery times, please refer to our website.
The risk of loss or damage to Products remains with STATE. until the moment of delivery to you.
Quality and Complaints
STATE. stands behind the quality of its Products. You are entitled to receive a Product that matches its description.
If you have a complaint about a Product or our service, please contact us as soon as possible at info@getyourstate.com, describing your complaint and including photos where possible. You will receive a substantive response within 7 business days of receiving your complaint.
Payment
Payment is completed directly in the webshop via the available payment methods. Your order is only confirmed upon successful completion of payment.

Our Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Claims made on our website do not constitute medical advice.

Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or any Agreement shall first be attempted to be resolved through mutual consultation. If no resolution is reached, disputes may be submitted to the competent court.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

STATE. reserves the right to modify or supplement these Terms at any time. The version of the Terms available at the time of payment applies to your Agreement.
